To start your journey to becoming a Soul Coaching (R) Oracle Card Reader, please complete the form below, to verify your interest in the course.
Once we receive this, if there is space, we will contact you and you will learn where to send your deposit. Once we have a deposit, we will send travel and other information for the course.
Please do not make travel arrangements until you have made your deposit and you will then receive an email with the travel arrangement information for the course.
We request a $500 deposit to hold your space in the course.

Payment can be send by check or money order or with credit card. The balance is due 2 months prior to course start date in order attend the course.
Tuition Price: $5200
Mystic Cafe Special Tuition: $4800
This is an intimate course at Denise’s home with a very limited number of students. Tuition includes lodging, transportation from and to the airport, meals, and all course materials.
Additional Details:
Class times will be from 9 am to 6 pm with some evening sessions as well.
Rooms are all shared, with two beds per room.
You will travel to Sacramento California, where the you will be picked up at an airport hotel location on the first day of your retreat and driven to Denise’s home, about 2.5 hours from the airport.
All meals and snacks included daily
On the final day, after lunch and graduation you will be driven back to the airport or airport hotel location.
During the course you will be doing card readings. You will officially graduate when you have completed 88 readings (which can completed once you arrive back home).
Then you will sign an agreement that you have completed all the readings and mail that to Denise, where she will officially graduate you as a Soul Coaching(R) Oracle Card Reader!
